Ceremony

Whether you are planning a religious, a symbolic or a civil wedding, Montalto is the perfect venue.

If you are planning a symbolic wedding we can help to find a celebrant and we have a special garden area at the castle that can be used.

Civil weddings can be held in the garden of the castle, in Siena’s beautiful Palazzo Pubblico, in the simple town hall at Castelnuovo Berardenga, or in the wonderful Grancia of Serre di Rapolano.

Our Chapel

If you are planning a religious ceremony, our private chapel will be perfect for catholic, protestant and orthodox weddings.

We can help locate a priest in the faith and the language of choice.

The chapel, which can seat 40-50 people and accommodate others standing in the rear, is included in the wedding venue.

Paperwork and Assistance

If you require additional assistance (legal assistance, interpreters, logistic) we can put you in touch with an exclusive wedding planner for all the required documentation to ensure that your special day is stress free!

If you already have your wedding planner she will be welcome at the castle and we will gladly collaborate with her for the best outcome of your wedding.

Catering

We work with various catering and talented chefs who will prepare for you delicious Tuscan cuisine dishes for your reception.

If you have your catering we are also open to new suppliers!

Usually an aperitif is served buffet-style outdoors and a banquet is held in a large hall where we can accommodate up to 100 seated guests.

In summer the banquet can take place in the open courtyard of the Castle where there is space for 150 or more.

Flowers

We can organize floral arrangements for the Church, for the tables and, of course, the bridal and bridesmaids bouquets!

Photographer, Videographer, Make-up and Hairdresser

We have contacts with the best photographers, videographers, hairdresser, make up artists and gladly we will give you their contacts so that you can find one that best suits your needs.

Music

Let us know what kind of music you prefer and we will find for you the most suitable band: from classical music to rock, from live music to DJ.

Hospitality

We have space to accommodate up to 45 adults (plus various children) in 10 lodgings for a total of 22 bedrooms. If the party is more numerous we can help find more accommodations in the area as needed.

We accept parties that take the structure for less than one week, but at least 2/3/4 nights depending on the month you are interested in.

Brunches, dinners and barbecues can also be organized around the central wedding day, as well as tastings, tours and other excursions.

Our team can assist you in organizing and arranging every detail of such an important day.
